The room was lovely with a very good shower and we could help each other for the breakfast. We were not too far from the city center of Belfast.
There was nobody to ask any questions over the weekend and there was no soap in the shower. We were not informed we had to pay an extra 5% on the arrival if we were using our credit card to make the room payment.
I was staying in Belfast for work and Greenmount was great! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. I would definitley stay again!
Very nice room, clean and easily accessed. Comfy bed and nice bathroom
It suited our purpose insofar as it was available and at an affordable price. If our journey had been anticipated we could have booked in advance from one of the Budget hotels such as Premier Inn or Travel Lodge.
We have no complaints. We got what we paid for and teh staff were helpful.
Verry bad located bb outside belfast witch costs over 8 pound to get to the city. Not worthwhile to stay!
Overall bad bb, don't go!!
It was freezing in the room. Parking inconvenient, spaces for two cars
It was like self - catering with continental breakfast supplied for you . Very practical for independent traveller or families with young children.
very accommedating and friendly
The manager Vivian! Great laugh, very down to earth and made you feel right at home! Rooms were exceptionally clean and beds were really comfy. I would 100% stay here again.
The only bad thing I can say is that the shower wasn't the best but it did the job.
Teh room was small but very nice and clean.
The room where bfast ist served is the kitchen, not very apropriate
Very easy to locate off the motor way, except the location is on the roundabout at the ANdersontown road not 45 m on the right. Met by the very corteous hostess who gave me all the details and the run of the house for an early departure
its location in belfast was exactly where we wanted to be, the staff were helpful and polite and the room was ideal the ensuite was very small but spotless and we will stay there again
Was nice an clean close to everywhere
But tv didnt work r remotes an not even the lamp !!
Was a big double room with a nice bathroom...so clean...was great
