The room was lovely with a very good shower and we could help each other for the breakfast. We were not too far from the city center of Belfast.
There was nobody to ask any questions over the weekend and there was no soap in the shower. We were not informed we had to pay an extra 5% on the arrival if we were using our credit card to make the room payment.

Everyone was great as well as host. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was bright and tastefully decorated by an alarm from the electricity unit. A refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave oven where important for us.

The units are beautifully maintained with private bathroom. The staff are excellent and attentive, and the owner too. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is decent:)))

The hotel had great facilities and was located in a very convenient spot close to the city centre and a hospital. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive. Staff were welcoming and provided essentials like shampoo and conditioner.
Nothing was undesirable about this hotel.

It suited our purpose insofar as it was available and at an affordable price. If our journey had been anticipated we could have booked in advance from one of the Budget hotels such as Premier Inn or Travel Lodge.
We have no complaints. We got what we paid for and teh staff were helpful.

This hotel is a great find! The value for money is unbeatable, with very reasonable prices for such attention to detail. The location is ideal, right on a busy roundabout near the bus stop to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The basic amenities are superb, with rooms available that have private bathrooms, or with shared bathrooms, which are very well appointed despite an issue with an alarm from the electricity unit. The breakfast included in the stay is top-notch and delicious.
Nothing to fault, our stay was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Greenmount Bed And Breakfast. The owner, Vivianne, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the family. She even helped me with directions when my GPS failed me. The room I stayed in was cozy and clean, with a super comfortable mattress and a bay window that provided beautiful natural light. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV in the room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Belfast. The location was convenient, with a shopping center just a short walk away and easy access to the city center. Vivianne gave great recommendations for dining and entertainment, ensuring I had a fantastic time in Belfast. The breakfast options were light, continental, and self-serve, but there was also the option for a full Irish breakfast with prior notice. I felt right at home during my stay at Greenmount Bed And Breakfast. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time staying in a clean and comfortable room in a friendly B&B. The owner and staff were really helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient, with easy access to the motorway and nearby attractions. The room had modern furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette for cooking. Free WiFi was also available. We enjoyed the advice given by the staff on local places to visit. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Although the description mentioned great facilities and cleanliness, there were concerns about fire safety. The lack of fire escape balconies, windows that don't open, and inadequate fire alarms raised safety issues.
